Synchronous Atmospheric Correction of High Spatial Resolution Images from Gao Fen Duo Mo Satellite

Atmospheric conditions vary significantly in terms of the temporal and spatial scales. Therefore, it is critical to obtain atmospheric parameters synchronized with an image for correction based on radiative transfer calculation methods. On 3 July 2020, high resolution multimode imaging satellite, Gao Fen Duo Mo (GFDM), which was first civilian high-resolution remote sensing satellite equipped Synchronization Monitoring Corrector (SMAC), launched. The SMAC a multispectral polarization detection device that used retrieve are time-synchronized sensor GFDM same field-of-view. basis obtained from SMAC, synchronization (Syn-AC) method proposed remove influence atmosphere adjacency effects surface reflectance. Syn-AC applied experiments synchronous images, where reflectance retrieved via compared field-measured values. In addition, classical method, FLAASH, compare its performance method. results indicated possessed better clarity contrast blurring effect removed, agreement spectral deviations between retrievals values selected targets were within 0.0625, representing higher precision than FLAASH (the max deviation 0.2063). For three sites, mean relative error 19.3%, 76.6%. can improve quantitative accuracy meaningful applications.
